By trading for Stephen Jackson, the Charlotte Bobcats have made the move they deemed necessary to lower the morale of their team. Morale had clearly been too high and team chemistry had just been a little too perfect. Acquiring Stephen Jackson, a guy that has been disgruntled everywhere he's been, is certainly a move in the right direction to adversely effect team chemistry and lower team morale.

LeBron James says that he is willing to initiate the movement for all players to pay homage to Michael Jordan. He says he will lead that movement by switching his number from 23 to 6 next season, and by publicly insulting everyone he has ever met, taking a cue from Jordan's hall of fame speech.

Following Notre Dame's second loss to Navy in three years, Charlie Weis is clearly on the hot seat, struggling once again to return Notre Dame to its past glory. In an attempt to speed up the process of returning Notre Dame to the top of the rankings, Notre Dame has yet to fire Weis, but has preemptively fired Charlie Weis's replacement. Following the season the school will skip right to the coach that will lead them to national prominence once again.

Study Finds Defensive Struggle Just Crappy Offense

The Nebraska Cornhuskers won a low scoring affair over the Oklahoma Sooners last night, by a score of 10-3. The low scoring, defensive battle prompted a group of scientists to look more closely at games that had been previously labeled as defensive struggles. The group of scientists has released their findings, and they have concluded that defensive struggles are just crappy offense.

Joey Porter makes no secret of his dislike for the New England Patriots and Tom Brady, and the special treatment he perceives they receive from the league. According to Pro Football Talk, Porter stated in an interview that aired on the NFL Network that he felt Brady has a special set of rules just for him. Today, Tom Brady has enforced those rules, and has banned Joey Porter from the NFL.
