By coming up on the losing end of a friendly wager over the outcome of the Brazil-North Korea World Cup match, North Korea dictator Kim Jong-il was forced to wear some ridiculous glasses in his latest public appearance. Jong-il had made a bet with Brazilian president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva before the match.

That annoying guy at work, Steve in IT, probably thinks those vuvuzelas at the World Cup make 'a really cool sound' assumes everyone at your office.
