Following his horrific five interception performance, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler was hoping to enjoy a nice quiet breakfast by himself at a Chicago area Burger King. Unfortunately for Cutler, another customer waiting next to him in line intercepted his order.
"I just wanted to eat my sausage and egg croissant, my hashbrowns and my cini-minis, and forget about last night's game," said a distraught Cutler. "But then this guy next to me came virtually out of nowhere and grabbed my tray and ran out of here. I just stood there frozen and kind of scratched my head. I didn't know what to think."
Despite being so incompetent as to have a fast food order intercepted, Bears coach Lovie Smith is standing by his quarterback.
"So he had some food intercepted. What's the big deal?" asked Smith. "We're just glad Jay is able to place a fast food order without falling down and hurting himself. He is a Chicago Bears quarterback after all."
